Which Terms Apply
The terms and conditions you accepted with your order will apply to all following orders, unless we ask you accept updated terms and conditions. They will preside, even if contradictions are found elsewhere, such as on our website.
Pricing and Payment
If there is a mistake in our pricing we’ll give your the opportunity to confirm at the correct price or cancel your order. All offers and discounts may be withdrawn at any time.
Payment is due when returning your ironing and must be made using cash or our secure credit/debit card machine.
We reserve the right not to iron certain items, such as dirty, damaged or shiny items. These items will be returned un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding.
We will only uses hangers if you provide them. We’ll hang skirts, blouses, trousers and shirts unless otherwise requested.
All other ironing will be neatly folded and placed back in the basket / bag you provided
We aim to return your items within 48 hours, but we can’t guarantee this.
If you need your ironing for a specific date or purpose you must tell us when arranging to drop your items.
If you aren’t happy with any part of our service, we will be happy to hear from you – we want you use use Ironing Magic again. A call is best, we’ll want to put it right ASAP.
We’d prefer if you tell us straight away, but in any case you must notify us within two days.
Customers must only gives us items suitable to iron, we shall not be liable for non-iron items such as dry-clean only or items missing a care label (ironing information).
Loss: It’s unlikely for an item to become lost. To prevent loss and advise pricing, customers may ask for an item count immediately on arrival at our premises. If we collect your ironing, you may ask for an item count before we leave your premises, otherwise we don’t accept liability for their loss.
Damage: We will iron your items with the care each item requires. We will not be liable for any inherent weakness or defect which causes damage (holes, tears, lost buttons etc) as this may be difficult to notice before ironing.
You must inform us of lost or damage within two working days, then in writing within 7 working days (from when the ironing was returned to you).
Our maximum liability to you shall not be more than the current market value of the goods, up to a maximum of £25 per item. We will collect your item prior to any compensation payment, if we decide it’s necessary.
We shall not be liable for any other loss or damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages, even if we or third party agents have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We offer no warranty of any kind that our website and emails will be free of viruses and errors.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights or exclude any liability we are not permitted to do so by law.
